Personal data protection

Policy and clarification regarding the introduction of GDPR/GDPR.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/GDPR) comes into force on May 25, 2018 and imposes new requirements regarding the way personal data is handled. In this regard, we have prepared information and contacts for you below in case you wish to change the data you provide on this website.

What is GDPR and why is it needed?

GDPR forces businesses to better organize their data structures, minimize the personal data collected and build personal data protection from a conceptual level, as well as to reorganize their structure. Data controllers will be required to know where their users' data is stored and who has access to it. From the perspective of users, GDPR aims to ensure that they have control over the data they provide or have already provided to receive a given service online. GDPR affects any business that works with EU user data.

Why are cookies and/or personal data needed on this site?

The functionality of each website depends on how much it can use the information you provide. Depending on whether you agree to the administration of your personal data on this site, the functionalities to which you will have access also depend.

For example:
Cookies are needed to store steps when ordering, entering the site, login details, comments, sharing on social networks, preferences and site settings (where available). Without them, the latter would not be possible, and accordingly the site would not function properly. For example, even videos from YouTube will not load.
Personal, profile data, such as name, phone, email, are needed to place an order and form a purchase-sale protocol, details of your purchase and ensuring good conditions for subsequent ones.
Marketing cookies and data are needed to provide ads matching your interests, targeting and directing businesses to promotional content personally accessible to you, as well as notifications about new/promotional services/products that this site provides.

What rights do I have?

The new regulation treats almost all statistical data as personal information through which a user can be identified. Until now, in order not to receive this information, tools such as adblocker/ghostly and other browser add-ons had to be used. Now, for sites operating in the EU, this is illegal.
